Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The #StrandTogether 90 Day Challenge Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Omi Wellbeauty LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 9800 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 12, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 12, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods provide an equal opportunity to win.

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive one (1) entry by placing a qualifying order for any eligible OMI Wellbeauty product(s) through omiwellbeauty.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased, the dollar amount of the order, or the number of orders placed.

Limit one (1) Purchase Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE")

To enter without making a purchase, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to contest@omiwellbeauty.com with the subject line:

#StrandTogetherChallenge

The email must include:

Full legal name;
Date of birth;
State of residence; and
One sentence describing your hair goals

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries.

5. Entry Limits

Regardless of the method of entry, there is a maximum of one (1) total entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Individuals may not enter using both methods. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or other means may result in disqualification as solely determined by Sponsor.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:

Twelve (12) months' supply of OMI Hair Growth Peptides; and
One (1) $250 Amazon.com Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,282.00 USD.

Actual retail value may vary. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 16, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with the qualifying purchase or the AMOE submission on or about five (5) business days following the drawing.

The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, IRS Form W-9, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to timely respond as determined by Sponsor may result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to enter multiple times, or otherwise acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. At any time, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at omiwellbeauty.com and will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

15. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a request by email to contest@omiwellbeauty.com with the subject line Winner Request – #StrandTogetherChallenge within sixty (60) days after the winner has been confirmed.

16. Privacy

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor will collect, process, and use personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, complying with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws.

California residents have additional rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://omiwellbeauty.com/policies/privacy-policy. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acknowledgment of Sponsor's collection and use of personal information as described therein.

Sponsor will not sell or share entrants' personal information solely as a result of entering this Sweepstakes except as permitted by applicable law or disclosed in its Privacy Policy.

17. Geographic Restrictions

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who otherwise satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

18. State Registration and Bonding

If required by applicable law, Sponsor will register and bond this Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction requiring registration or bonding prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes. If the total prize value, the geographic scope of the promotion, or any other aspect of this Sweepstakes causes registration, bonding, filing, or other regulatory requirements to apply under the laws of any state or jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to comply with such requirements or to modify the eligibility of the Sweepstakes to exclude residents of any jurisdiction where compliance has not been completed. Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed as an admission that registration or bonding is required.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to fulfill the original intent of these Official Rules to the fullest extent permitted by law.
