OMI "#StrandTogether" Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This Contest is sponsored by Outside Meets Inside LLC ("OMI LLC" or "Sponsor") and is open only to those who have a valid Instagram account and profile (for Instagram entries) and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and its territories and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Outside Meets Inside LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Outside Meets Inside LLC as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Contest.

3. Contest Period: The Contest begins Monday, July 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends Monday, August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible. A winner will be chosen on or about September 4, 2026. Outside Meets Inside LLC’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter:

A. Instagram Entry Method

To enter via Instagram during the Contest Period, participants must complete all of the following:

i. Follow @omibynaomi on Instagram;

ii. Like the official giveaway post; and

iii. Share your personal hair loss and/or hair wellness journey (your "Journey Story") by either (a) posting a comment on the official giveaway post describing your Journey Story, or (b) publishing a post or Reel on your own public Instagram account sharing your Journey Story (photo, video, and/or caption), tagging @omibynaomi, and including the hashtag #StrandTogether. Entries posted to private accounts cannot be viewed by Sponsor and will not be eligible.

Your Journey Story must be about your own personal experience. Entries should not include the name, image, likeness, or personal or health information of any other identifiable person without that person’s consent. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of comments, posts, tags, or accounts used. Use of multiple accounts or automated methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using Instagram or making any purchase, eligible individuals may submit a free entry by email as follows:

  • Subject line: OMI #StrandTogether Contest 
  • Email body must include:
    • Full legal name
    • Date of birth (to confirm age eligibility)
    • State/territory of residence
    • Your Journey Story (a brief written description of your personal hair loss and/or hair wellness journey; photos or video optional)

AMOE entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries have an equal chance of winning as Instagram entries.

You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Outside Meets Inside LLC.

5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive:

  • A twelve (12) month supply of OMI
  • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,032 USD

The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Outside Meets Inside LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. You must sign the Sponsor’s Contest Affidavit and Release to claim your prize.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by a random drawing under the supervision of Outside Meets Inside LLC. Winner will be notified by Instagram messaging or email (depending on how the Contest was entered) within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Outside Meets Inside LLC shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT OUTSIDE MEETS INSIDE LLC’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You; Content License: By submitting an entry to this Contest (including, without limitation, any photo, video, caption, comment, written story, or other content comprising your Journey Story, collectively your "Entry"), You grant to Outside Meets Inside LLC, and anyone acting on behalf of Outside Meets Inside LLC, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, and transferable right and license, where permitted by law, to use, reproduce, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, edit, adapt, modify, crop, excerpt, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit your Entry, in whole or in part, together with your name, Instagram handle, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, Sponsor’s websites, social media channels, email marketing, paid advertising, and public relations materials), in perpetuity and throughout the world, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

You understand and acknowledge that your Journey Story may include information about your personal experience with hair loss and hair wellness, and by entering, You voluntarily consent to Sponsor’s use of that information as described in this Section 8. You represent and warrant that your Entry is an original work of authorship created by You, that it does not violate any third party’s proprietary, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and that You have obtained the consent of any identifiable individual appearing in your Entry. If your Entry infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Outside Meets Inside LLC. If the content of your Entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outside Meets Inside LLC from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense which Outside Meets Inside LLC may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s rights.

9. Terms & Conditions: Outside Meets Inside LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Outside Meets Inside LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Outside Meets Inside LLC may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Outside Meets Inside LLC. Outside Meets Inside LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website, or violates these Terms & Conditions, or whose Entry contains content that is, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand or these Official Rules. Outside Meets Inside LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Outside Meets Inside LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Outside Meets Inside LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The WellBeauty Company, 9800 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2026.

14. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Contest is Outside Meets Inside LLC, The WellBeauty Company, 9800 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.

15. Meta Disclaimer: This Contest is hosted solely by Outside Meets Inside LLC and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, You understand that You are providing your information to Outside Meets Inside LLC and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. You agree to a complete release of Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any claims related to this Contest.

16. By entering this Contest, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
