OMI #90Strong Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Contest is sponsored by Outside Meets Inside LLC (“OMI”) and is open only to individuals who have a valid Instagram account and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Outside Meets Inside LLC, The WellBeauty Company, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you (“You” or “Contestant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Outside Meets Inside LLC as final and binding.

3. Contest Period

The #90Strong Contest begins on March 23, 2026 and ends on June 21, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

A. Instagram Entry Method

To enter via Instagram, participants must:

Follow @omibynaomi
Post one (1) time per week during the Contest Period showing their progress
Include the hashtag #90Strong in each qualifying post

Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use. Content must be original and not violate any third-party rights.

Limit one (1) participant per person. Use of multiple accounts, bots, or automated methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using Instagram or making a purchase:

Include in the body:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
- Country of residence

AMOE entries must be received during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive:

$500 USD cash
One (1) year supply of OMI Hair Growth Peptides
One (1) Strong Roots consultation

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $1,500 USD.

The Prize is nontransferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will be selected based on consistency, creativity, and overall transformation/progress demonstrated throughout the Contest Period.

Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within five (5) days of selection.

8. Gift With Purchase Promotion

Customers who place an order during March 2026 may receive a free headband, while supplies last. This promotion is separate from the Contest and does not impact entry or odds of winning.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, You grant Outside Meets Inside LLC and The WellBeauty Company the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, where permitted by law.

10. Terms & Conditions

Outside Meets Inside LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest at its sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Outside Meets Inside LLC and The WellBeauty Company from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of any Prize.

12. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on omiwellbeauty.com.
